ERP Management System — Gold Mine Management in Saudi Arabia

The Problem

Gold mine operations include several connected departments such as administration, mining, factory operations, warehouse, accounting, and reporting. Managing these workflows manually or across separate tools makes it difficult to track responsibilities, permissions, stock quantities, operating costs, receipts, and daily reports accurately.

The Solution

I built a unified ERP dashboard that connects the main business departments in one system. The platform includes authentication, user management, department management, role and permission control, mining reports, factory reports, warehouse items, receipts, issues, stock movements, accounting reports, operating costs, cash receipts, tasks, filters, searchable tables, and export-ready reporting screens.
